"Recreation vehicle" means a travel trailer or camping trailer designed to be towed, motorized homes, pickup campers, or coaches designed and constructed for human habitation, which can be operated independently of utility connections and designed to be used principally as a temporary dwelling for travel, recreation and vacation.
