"Junk yard" means a lot, land or structure or a part thereof used for the collection, storage and sale of waste paper, rags, scrap metal or discarded material, or for the collection, dismantling, storage, salvaging, or sale of parts of machinery not in running condition. (Ord. 523 § 1(part), 1989)
