"Ground elevation" means the finished grade of a sidewalk adjacent to any front yard property line or the adjacent street right-of-way line if no sidewalks exists. On side and rear property line, ground elevation shall be the natural grade of said side or rear property line. (Ord. 523 § 1(part), 1989)
