"Automobile wrecking yard" means any premises devoted to the destruction, wrecking, and/or dismantling of motor vehicles and trailers, or the storage, sale, or dumping of wholly or partially dismantled, obsolete, or wrecked vehicles or their parts. (Ord. 523 § 1(part), 1989)
