Chapter 18.66A JOINT USE PARKING
18.66A.020 Conditions required for joint use.
The building or use for which application is being made to
utilize the off-street parking facilities provided by another building or use
shall be located within three hundred feet of such parking facilities in
addition to which:
A. The applicant shall show that there is no substantial
conflict in the principal operating hours of the two buildings or uses for which
joint use of off-street parking facilities is proposed.
B. The applicant shall present to the zoning administrator a
properly drawn legal instrument to be recorded with the county clerk and
recorder, executed by the parties concerned for long term joint use of
off-street parking facilities and approved as to form and manner of execution by
the city attorney; such instrument to be filed with the zoning administrator.
