Chapter 18.65 OFF-STREET LOADING, GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Required off-street loading spaces shall be in conformance with the following:

A. Department stores, retail or wholesale stores, eating and drinking establishments, warehouses, repair, general service, manufacturing or industrial establishments:

20,000 to 39,999	2
40,000 to 59,999	3
Each additional 20,000	1 additional

B. Hotels, office buildings, hospitals or similar institutions, auditoriums or similar places of public assembly:
