The minimum parking requirement for restaurants, cafeterias and food and beverage establishments is:

A. If less than four thousand square feet of floor area, one space per one hundred square feet of gross floor area;

B. If over four thousand square feet of floor area, forty spaces and one space per two hundred square feet of gross floor area in excess of four thousand square feet. (Ord. 523 § 1(part), 1989)
