Class A manufactured homes (see definition) on permanent foundations shall be allowed on individual lots in all districts that allow single-family dwellings. Manufactured homes will be required to observe all regulations in the district, including setback and lot coverage requirements. (Ord. 523 § 1(part), 1989)
