A lot, as defined, shall be subject to the following special regulations:

A. Where two or more lots are used as a building site and where main buildings cross lot lines, then the entire area shall be considered as one lot; except that the front of the parcel shall be determined to be the front of the individual lots as platted, subdivided, or laid out.

B. For the siting of dwellings for rent or lease, contiguous tracts under single ownership shall be considered to be one lot. (Ord. 523 § 1(part), 1989)
