A family hardship dwelling may consist of a mobile home as a second residence on a single tract of land wherein a family member whose health necessitates continual care resides. The family hardship dwelling may receive a permit under this section for a period of not more than one year, subject to renewal by the building inspector. At the time the permit expires, the temporary use and all appurtenances thereto shall be moved from the property forthwith. (Ord. 523 § 1(part), 1989)
