In all residential (CR-1 through CR-5) and resort (CB-5) zones:

A. Existing residential structures shall not be significantly modified so as to exhibit a nonresidential appearance;

B. Signage shall be architecturally compatible with the primary building and shall not flash, rotate, or blink; and

C. Preference is given to day care centers located on collector or arterial streets. (Ord. 523 § 1(part), 1989)
