Use of the residential structure shall be limited to the exclusive use of the resident dwellers and their overnight guests. No other use such as a restaurant, bar, or other use which attracts nonboarding customers is permitted. No alcoholic beverages shall be sold on the premises. (Ord. 523 § 1(part), 1989)
