The city council shall approve a planned unit development by ordinance which shall incorporate by reference all documents included in the site plan and the recommendation of the planning board. When appropriate, a final plat shall be submitted and approved by the city council and recorded in the County Courthouse. (Ord. 523 § 1(part), 1989)
