Permitted uses in a residential planned unit are as follows:

A. Accessory building or use;

B. Commercial uses:

1. No more than ten percent of the gross area of the district is to be so designated, and

2. The proposed commercial uses are compatible with and complementary to existing and proposed uses in the area;

C. Dwelling, single family;

D. Dwelling, two-family;

E. Dwelling, multi-family;

F. Dwellings, any combination of the above;

G. Private and/or semiprivate recreation and service facilities intended for the residents of the district. (Ord. 523 § 1(part), 1989)
