The permitted uses in the CP-1 district are as follows:

A. Accessory building or use;

B. Assembly halls;

C. Automobile parking in conjunction with permitted uses;

D. Churches and other places of worship;

E. Dwelling, single family;

F. Jails and penal institutions;

G. Libraries, museums, and art galleries;

H. Lodges, fraternal and social organizations provided that any such establishment shall not be conducted primarily for gain;

I. Office buildings, governmental;

J. Parks;

K. Public transportation shelter stations;

L. Public utility service installations;

M. Theaters housed in a permanent indoor structure. (Ord. 523 § 1(part), 1989)
