The permitted uses in the CI-1 district are as follows:

A. Accessory building or use;

B. Automobile and boat sales and service;

C. Automobile service station;

D. Building supply outlets;

E. Contractors yards;

F. Heavy equipment sales, rental, and service;

G. Manufacturing, fabricating, processing, repairing, packing, or storage facilities provided that such uses do not produce objectionable by-products (dirt, noise, glare, heat, odors, smoke, etc.) beyond the lot lines and that the uses do not involve materials that are explosive, hazardous, or toxic;

H. Nurseries and landscape materials, wholesale and retail;

I. Parcel delivery services;

J. Parks;

K. Research laboratories and institutions;

L. Tire sales, recapping and retreading.
