The conditional uses in the CB-5 district are as follows:

A. Churches and other places of worship;

B. Clubs, taverns;

C. Colleges, business and trade schools;

D. Day care centers (see Chapter 18.37);

E. Dwellings, cluster;

F. Dwellings, multi-family;

G. Outdoor recreation facilities;

H. Professional offices;

I. Recreational vehicle parks and campgrounds (two acre minimum size);
