Chapter 18.29 CB-5 RESORT BUSINESS
18.29.020 Permitted uses.
The permitted uses in the CB-5 district are as
follows:
A. Accessory building or use;
B. Bed and breakfast establishments;
C. Commercial and retail facilities in an established resort
complex that meet the following conditions:
1. The total floor area devoted to such uses does not exceed
twenty percent of the total floor area of the main building situated on the
lot;
2. No such use shall have an outside entrance for general use
and shall be within the main building. No individual shop shall exceed five
hundred square feet of floor space;
3. No exterior signs;
4. The commercial or retail facilities shall be listed below
or of a similar nature:
a. Art galleries,
b. Baked goods shops,
c. Barber and beautician shops,
d. Candy shops,
e. Florist shops,
f. Game rooms,
g. Garment shops,
h. Gift, curio and hobby shops,
i. Health studios,
j. Ice cream shops,
k. Laundry and cleaning pickup stations,
l. Sporting goods shops,
m. Travel agencies;
D. Dwellings, single family or two family;
E. Hotels, motels;
F. Restaurants and coffee shops operated in conjunction with
and ancillary to established lodging facilities; including the sale of alcoholic
beverages;
G. Sublots (see Chapter 18.47).
