All light manufacturing/assembly uses found in the CB-2 and CB-4 zoning classifications meeting the criteria found in Chapter 18.40A shall apply for a business license and administrative conditional use permit with the city of Columbia Falls. The city shall review each business for conformance with the light manufacturing/assembly criteria. Once granted, the administrative conditional use permit shall run with the property as long as the scope of the business does not violate any of the criteria below. The business license will still require yearly renewal. Should a proposed business not meet criteria in items a, d or e of Chapter 18.40A, the applicant may apply for a conditional use permit in Chapter 18.10 which requires review by the planning board and the city council.
