The permitted uses in the CB-1 district are as follows:

A. Accessory building or use;

B. Accountants, financial brokers;

C. Automobile parking in conjunction with approved uses;

D. Automobile service station;

E. Car washing and waxing, enclosed;

F. Clinics, medical and dental;

G. Day care centers;

H. Drug stores;

I. Food stores, retail only and less than three thousand square feet of floor area;

J. Lawyers, attorneys;

K. Parks;

L. Pharmacy, operated within a clinic or physician’s office and selling only drugs, prescription medicine, medical supplies and appliances, and pharmaceutical products; provided that no more than fifty percent of the ground floor of the building shall be used for this purpose;

M. Public transportation shelter stations;
