The permitted uses in the CRA-1 district are as follows:

A. Accessory building or use;

B. Automobile parking in conjunction with permitted uses;

C. Clinics, medical and dental;

D. Convalescent, nursing, and foster homes for the care of children and the aged;

E. Day care home;

F. Dwelling, single-family;

G. Dwelling, two-family;

H. Lodges, fraternal and social organizations provided that any such establishment shall not be conducted primarily for gain;

I. Parks;

J. Pharmacy, operated within a clinic or physician’s office and selling only drugs, prescription medicine, medical supplies and appliances, and pharmaceutical products; and provided that no more than fifty percent of the ground floor of the building shall be used for such purpose;

K. Public transportation shelter stations;

L. Public utility service installations;

M. Limited to five taxis.
