The conditional uses in the CR-2 district are as follows:

A. Boat marinas and sale of boating supplies and fuel;

B. Cemeteries, mausoleums, columbariums, crematories;

C. Churches and other places of worship;

D. Community center building, gymnasium, swimming pool, beach, and other similar activities operated by a public agency, neighborhood or homeowners’ association;

E. Day care centers (see Chapter 18.37);

F. Dwelling, cluster development;

G. Electrical distribution station;

H. Family hardship dwelling;

I. Golf courses;

J. Home occupations (see Chapter 18.40);

K. Orphanage and charitable institutions;

L. Retirement home;

M. Schools, public or private elementary, junior high, and senior high;

N. Swimming pools and beaches, public or semiprivate;

O. Temporary buildings or structures;

P. Water treatment plants;
