The conditional uses allowed in the CSAG-1 district are as follows:

A. Animal hospital;

B. Cemeteries, mausoleums, columbariums, crematories;

C. Churches and other places of worship;

D. Electrical distribution station;

E. Extractive industries;

F. Family hardship dwelling;

G. Home occupations (see Chapter 18.40);

H. Orphanage and charitable institutions;

I. Retirement home;

J. Schools, public or private elementary, junior high, and senior high;

K. Swimming pools and beaches, public or semiprivate;

L. Temporary buildings or structures;

M. Water treatment plants;
