Once granted, the conditional use permit with its terms and conditions shall:

A. Run with the lot, building, structure, or use and shall not be affected by change of ownership.

B. Terminate twelve months from the date of authorization if commencement of authorized activity has not begun:

1. Unless otherwise specified in the conditions of the approval, or

2. Unless the applicant can demonstrate and maintain a continuous effort in good faith (preparing financing, securing state or federal permits, undertaking engineering and design, etc.) in commencing the activity. (Ord. 523 § 1(part), 1989)
