A. Application for a conditional use permit may be made by the owner of the affected property, or his designated agent, on a form that may be obtained from the zoning administrator.

B. The completed application and fee as set by the tri-city planning board shall be submitted to the zoning administrator or his designee. Such fee is not refundable. (Ord. 648 § 2(part), 2003; Ord. 523 § 1(part), 1989)
