A. There is hereby created a "board of adjustment."

B. The board shall consist of five members appointed by the city council with at least one such member residing in the extra-territorial jurisdiction and the remaining members residing within the corporate limits of the city.

C. Board members shall serve without compensation. (Ord. 523 § 1(part), 1989)
