A. A decision of the city council approving or rejecting a proposed subdivision plat may be reviewed by the district court. The application shall specify the grounds upon which it alleges the illegality of the action by the city council.

B. Any final action, decision or order of the governing body or a regulation adopted pursuant to these regulations that is arbitrary or capricious is subject to appeal to district court. (See Section 76-3, MCA). (Ord. 588 § 1(part), 1996)
