The bond shall be executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the state and acceptable as a surety to the city council and countersigned by a Montana agent. The bond shall be payable to the city. The bond shall be in effect until the completed improvements are accepted by the city council. (Ord. 588 § 1(part), 1996)
