The developer shall submit a set of park rules with the preliminary plat and shall provide information concerning those retail services intended specifically for the convenience and service of the residents of the manufactured home park. These shall be designed and located in such a manner to discourage use by nonresidents of the manufactured home park. (Ord. 588 § 1(part), 1996)
