All lots or manufactured home spaces in a manufactured home park shall meet the following requirements:

A. Manufactured home lots shall be arranged to permit the safe and practical placement and removal of manufactured homes.

B. For single-wide manufactured homes, the minimum lot width shall not be less than fifty feet and the minimum lot area shall not be less than five thousand square feet. For double-wide manufactured homes, the minimum lot width shall not be less than sixty feet and the minimum lot area shall be six thousand square feet. (Ord. 588 § 1(part), 1996)
