A. Sidewalks shall be required on all streets, unless the city council waives this requirement.

B. The minimum width of the sidewalk shall be:

1. Four feet, if a boulevard separates the sidewalk from the street; and

2. Five feet, if the sidewalk abuts the street. (Ord. 588 § 1(part), 1996)
