Land located in the floodway of a flood of one-hundred-year frequency as defined by the Montana Code Annotated, or land deemed subject to flooding as delineated by the most current maps available and accepted for use in the city, shall not be subdivided for building or residential purposes, or other uses that may increase flood hazard to life, health or property.
