In formulating community development goals, the community shall consider the development of a plan for evacuating residents of all manufactured home parks or subdivisions located within flood-prone areas. This plan should be developed, filed with, and approved by appropriate community emergency management authorities. (Ord. 576 § 5(I), 1994)
