These regulations shall apply to all lands within the jurisdiction of Columbia Falls, Montana, and within its extraterritorial building jurisdiction as set forth in Section 15.04.030 of Chapter 15.04 of Title 15 of the Columbia Falls Municipal Code, shown on the official floodplain maps as being located within a one-hundred-year floodplain district.
