15.08.065 National Electrical Code adopted.

The city adopts by reference within the city, as well as within the extraterritorial zoning jurisdiction area of the city, the current edition of the National Electrical Code, published by the International Conference of Building Officials, as the code is adopted and amended from time to time by the Building Codes Bureau of the Department of Commerce of the state of Montana as and for the rules, regulations, requirements and conditions governing the installation of electrical conductors and equipment within or upon public or private buildings and other premises, for the purpose of safeguarding persons and property from hazards arising from the use of electricity.
