The city adopts by reference the current edition of the Uniform Mechanical Code, published by the International Code Council as the code is adopted and amended by the Building Codes Bureau of the Department of Labor and Industry of the state of Montana as and for the rules, regulations, requirements and conditions governing the design, construction, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation or maintenance, as well as quality of materials of any heating, ventilating, cooking, refrigeration systems, incinerators or other miscellaneous heat-producing appliances within the city.
