The city adopts by reference the current edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code, published by the International Code Council, as the code is adopted and amended by the Building Codes Bureau of the Department of Labor and Industry of the state of Montana, as and for the rules, regulations, requirements and conditions governing the erection, installation, alteration, addition, repair, relocation, replacement, maintenance or use of any plumbing system within the limits of the city of Columbia Falls.
