The city adopts by reference the current edition of the International Existing Building Code published by the International Code Council as the code is adopted and amended by the Building Codes Bureau of the Department of Labor and Industry of the state of Montana, as and for the rules, regulations and conditions governing the repair, replacement existing building within the limits of the city.
