The city adopts by reference the current edition and appendices of the International Building Code, published by the International Code Council, as the code is adopted and amended by the Building Codes Bureau of the Department of Labor and Industry of the state of Montana as and for the rules, regulations, requirements and conditions governing construction, whether new or improvements to existing structures, within the limits of the city of Columbia Falls. These codes are applicable to all buildings within the building code enforcement area of the city of Columbia Falls. (Ord. 661 § 1(part), 2004)
