Factory-built buildings which are approved by the Montana Building Code Division, Department of Administration, shall be subject to local government inspection and fees for only zoning, utility connections and foundations. Applications to the building official for erection and utility connection shall be in accordance with Sections 15.04.050 and 15.04.070, and the code. The fees for permits for factory-built buildings shall be as shown in the Table No. 3-A of Section 303 of the Uniform Building Code with the construction valuation based on the move-in, erection and setup costs for the building. Valuation shall not be based on purchase price unless a portion of the purchase price is for move-in and setup, in which case that portion shall be figured into the construction valuation.
