A. Inspections shall be conducted by the building official.

B. There shall be posted in a conspicuous place at the building site the hard copy of the building permit. This permit shall be signed off and dated by the inspector making inspections of the building.

C. Final inspection shall include review of the posted permit(s) to see that all inspections have been made. Occupancy certificates shall only be issued once working utilities are in, street number is posted, and all necessary inspections are signed off on the posted permit(s). All aspects of Sections 304 through 306 of the Uniform Building Code shall be followed in final inspections and issuance of occupancy certificates. (Ord. 390 § 4, 1981)
