A. The jurisdictional area in which the building section shall enforce the codes adopted in this title* shall be the area located within the (1) corporate city limits, (2) the designated one-mile extraterritorial zoning area, as described in Division II of Title 18 of this code, and (3) the area occupied by Meadow Lake Resort subdivision, as more particularly described on Exhibit A attached to the ordinance codified in this section and incorporated herein by reference.

B. Changes made in the boundaries of the city limits or the extraterritorial zoning area shall be under this chapter a change in the jurisdictional area. (Ord. 569 § 1, 1994; Ord. 390 § 2, 1981)
