The administrative provisions of this chapter, being: Section 15.04.030, Territorial application; Section 15.04.040, Building plan review; Section 15.04.050, Inspections; Section 15.04.070, Inspector qualifications and duties; Section 15.04.080, Permit fees; Section 15.04.090, Factory-built buildings; Section 15.04.100, School plan; Section 15.04.110, Board of appeals; Section 15.04.120, Copies on file, shall all be applicable to the uniform codes currently adopted by city council as the uniform codes relative to building and buildings within the jurisdictional area, and such other updates of or new uniform codes adopted by the city council in the future.
