Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in Section 13.08.700, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in the amount not exceeding five hundred dollars for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 654 § 1(part), 2004)
