The sewer superintendent or designee is authorized to obtain information concerning industrial processes which have a direct bearing on the kind and source of discharge to the wastewater collection system. An industry may withhold information considered confidential provided the withholding does not prevent the city from reaching a reasonably accurate determination. (Ord. 654 § 1(part), 2004)
