The rules set out in this chapter are established for the purpose of defining a uniform manner in which the Columbia Falls sewer department will operate.

They are intended to insure adequate service to each sewer customer, to prevent unfair charges to the consumer, to protect the utility from unreasonable demands and to insure that all consumers are treated equitably through the application of these rules. (Ord. 654 § 1(part), 2004)
