The following miscellaneous fees, set forth in a rate schedule, are approved:

A. Fees shall be charged for the connection and rental of water hydrant meters and there shall be a deposit charged for the use of the meters. The city may apply the deposit towards miscellaneous bill charges.

B. Charges shall be made for providing emergency parts to other water and sewer systems. Charges shall be made for performing leak detection services for other water districts and performing water tests for other water and sewer districts, all within a twenty mile radius of the city limits.

C. Charges for locating, providing access and reproducing records when a record request involves more than a single customer account or for a period exceeding the previous one year. (Ord. 653 § 1(part), 2004)
