Chapter 13.04 WATER REGULATIONS*
13.04.650 Responsibility for customer property.
A. The utility shall not be liable for damage to the
customer’s property by water delivered through the customer’s
facility and the utility shall not be liable for damage to property caused by
spigots, faucets, valves, and other equipment that may be open when water is
provided to the service line, either when turned on originally or when turned on
after a temporary shutdown.
B. The utility shall not be held liable for damage to any
water equipment on the customer’s premises on account of loss of water,
change in pressure or material carried by the water. (Ord. 653 § 1(part),
