The wasting of water by a customer shall be deemed a violation of these regulations because it increases the price each customer must pay for their water service and thereby is in effect a form of harm to other consumers on the system. A waste of water by either leakage or deliberate wasting may be cause for disconnection in accordance with this chapter. (Ord. 653 § 1(part), 2004)
