Any person, government, firm, private entity or corporation, whether as owner, lessee, principal, agent, employee or otherwise who knowingly or purposefully violates any of the provisions of this chapter or permits any violation of this chapter or fails to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars. Each week during which a violation of this chapter occurs shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 533 § 3, 1989)
